Draw the Line DC

This weekend Divest DC and 350.org put on a #DrawTheLine event here in Washington DC at Lincoln Park.  about 150 people came out to stand up against climate change, ask the City Council of Washington DC to divest from dirty oil companies and stand against the Keystone XL pipeline. I went out to shoot some photos and also got some video.

The Reverend Lennox Yearwood spoke.

No KeystoneXL!

All ages and types came out against the Pipeline. As Reverend Yearwood put it, this is the civil rights issue of our time.
